These terms govern use of this website and of the applications operated by Primus Labs, including internal automation tools that connect to a user's own Google Account.
1. Who may use the applications
Our internal automation tools are made available to Primus Labs personnel and to people we have explicitly authorized. Each user connects only their own accounts, and is responsible for having the right to do so.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the services to break the law, to access an account you do not own or administer, to interfere with the service, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data beyond what has been granted to you.
3. Your accounts and credentials
Where a service connects to a third-party account such as Google, access is granted by you through that provider's own authorization flow and can be withdrawn by you at any time through that provider. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials secure.
4. Privacy
Our handling of personal data and of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Availability and changes
The services are provided on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
6. No warranty
The services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Primus Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from use of the services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
